The service

Prodinxy helps you collect products from 1688, clean images, rewrite listings in English with AI, match categories, and publish to a connected Shopify store. Features may change over time.

Your account

You are responsible for your account, the credentials you connect, and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your login secure.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Prodinxy lawfully and only with data and stores you have the right to use. Do not misuse the service, infringe others’ intellectual property, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it.

You are responsible for ensuring the products and content you publish comply with your platforms’ policies and applicable law.

Credits & billing

Scraping and image cleaning are free. Generating a finished English or multi-language listing consumes one credit. Subscription credits reset each billing period; purchased pay-as-you-go credits do not expire and are used last.

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are billed through our payment processor (Stripe). Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Your content

You retain ownership of the product data and content you provide. You grant Prodinxy the rights needed to process it and deliver the service (for example, sending generated content to your connected store).

Third-party services

Prodinxy integrates with third parties such as 1688, Shopify, and AI providers. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

AI-generated output

AI-generated titles, descriptions, and images may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing. Prodinxy makes no guarantee of accuracy, ranking, or sales results.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prodinxy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using Prodinxy and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date; continued use means you accept the new Terms.
